Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of ZELQON. By creating an account, you agree to them. We have written them in plain language because terms you cannot read are not terms you can follow.

1. The service

ZELQON is a marketplace that connects workers with companies that publish digital tasks — AI data work, surveys, labeling, transcription, testing, translation, and research. Workers earn rewards for approved submissions; companies pay for quality human work.

2. Accounts

  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts are permanently banned.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials. Enable two-factor authentication in your profile.
  • Account information must be accurate; false identity information voids pending earnings.

3. Tasks and submissions

  • Every task displays its reward and instructions before you begin.
  • Submissions are reviewed before payment. Approval decisions include a written reason.
  • Using AI tools to generate answers to tasks that require human judgment is prohibited and detectable.
  • Submitting fake, copied, or automated work results in rejection and, when repeated, a permanent ban with forfeiture of pending earnings.

4. Earnings and withdrawals

  • Approved tasks credit your wallet immediately; all credits are recorded in an auditable ledger.
  • Withdrawals are subject to a published minimum and any displayed fee, shown before you confirm.
  • Payout accounts must be in your own legal name and pass bank account-name verification.
  • Withdrawals are reviewed before payment. If rejected, funds return to your available balance with a written reason.
  • We do not charge any fee to join, activate, or unlock withdrawals. Anyone requesting such a payment is not ZELQON.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Multiple accounts, account selling, or credential sharing.
  • Automated submission of tasks, bots, or scripted activity.
  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to manipulate the referral program.
  • Harassment of workers, reviewers, or staff.

6. Companies posting tasks

Companies must describe tasks accurately, pay the displayed reward for work that meets the stated instructions, and may not use the platform to collect personal data outside the task scope. Task funds are committed when tasks are published.

7. Disputes and enforcement

Task rejections and withdrawal decisions can be appealed through the Help Center. A human reviews every appeal, and the reviewer's note is attached to the decision. We may suspend accounts during fraud investigations; legitimate balances are never confiscated without a documented reason.

8. Liability and changes

ZELQON is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees we retained from the activity in question. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
